Pakistan can tackle England’s inexperienced batting: Ramiz Raja

Lahore: Former Test cricketer Ramiz Raja expresses that England’s inexperienced batting may have an advantage for Pakistani bowlers.

Ramiz Raja told ESPNcricinfo that all the England batsmen are inexperienced except Ben Stokes and Joe Root. “Take Stokes and Root, you are in touch with some inexperienced England batsmen. If Pakistan say what they did with West Indies bowling in the first Test, they can do better.

He said, ‘After a strong bowling attack Pakistan will be more capable than England than the West Indies. If they bowl with the right line and length, they can beat the English team.

Raja, meanwhile, said the team management, which includes head coach and chief selector Misbah-ul-Haq, batting coach Younis Khan, bowling coach Waqar Younis and spin bowling coach Mushtaq Ahmed, has players in the program.

“The management of this team helps the players a lot throughout the tour. The players learn a lot from the elders like Misbah, Younis, Waqar and Mushtaq.
