Thousands of users from India, the US, Australia, Japan and parts of Malaysia on Thursday complained about access to Gmail and Google Drive.
According to a report by technology website Tasco IT Solutions, some users are unable to log into their Gmail accounts, while others say that new emails do not appear in the application and that they are adding attachments. Additionally, some Google Drive users will not be able to upload new files to the cloud.
Google has confirmed the existence of this interruption for G Suite users, saying it is looking into the issue.
The news report reads, “Third-party web monitoring company DownDirector has confirmed reports that it started pouring in at around 04:40 GMT.
In an update some time ago, Google stated, “Our team is still investigating this issue. We & # 39; ll provide an update on this issue within 8/20/20, 1:51 PM. Creating file problems on the drive, uploading the CSV user admin console to the Google console, posting message issues”.
